Is SeeNot just another app blocker?
No. Traditional blockers usually decide by app name, schedule, or total time. SeeNot starts from the task you said you came to do, then checks whether the current screen still fits that session.
How does SeeNot decide that I have drifted?
You describe the intent in plain language. When SeeNot is active for a selected app, it can use screen context and a vision-capable AI model to judge whether the page still matches that intent.
Where do screenshots and prompts go?
SeeNot is local-first. For AI analysis, the app sends the needed content directly to the model provider you configure, or to a disclosed provider used by SeeNot Plus. SeeNot does not run a hosted screen-analysis server for your screenshots.
Do I need SeeNot Plus to use the app?
No. The free version lets you connect your own AI provider and use the intervention engine. Plus is for users who want managed AI access and signed-in device continuity.
What happens when SeeNot thinks I am off task?
Depending on your setup, SeeNot can remind you, send you back, or end the detour. The point is to interrupt drift without banning the whole app.
