What SeeNot is

SeeNot is an Android attention-management tool. You declare an intent for a session, and the app uses local state plus configured AI services to help detect when your screen activity drifts from that intent.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally able to agree to these Terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, API keys, and devices secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account or device unless caused by our breach of these Terms.

AI providers and API keys

• SeeNot requires an AI provider for core AI-backed features. You may use your own API key, a custom endpoint, or a test key provided by the project when available.
• If you purchase SeeNot Plus or another paid SeeNot plan, the exact price, renewal period, quota, restrictions, cancellation method, refund rules, and payment processor terms will be shown in the purchase or activation flow before you pay or activate the service.
• Managed AI access sends AI requests directly from the Android app to Qwen/DashScope or another disclosed AI provider. SeeNot does not route, receive, or proxy screenshots, prompts, or audio through a SeeNot screen-analysis server.
• You are responsible for fees, limits, policies, and terms imposed by the AI provider you choose.
• The Android app sends prompts, intent text, screenshots, speech data, and related context to the provider you configure as needed for the feature you use.
• AI outputs can be wrong. You should review important judgments and use SeeNot's correction features when available.

Accessibility and device control

SeeNot uses Android permissions such as Accessibility Service, overlay, notification, microphone, package visibility, foreground service, and battery-related permissions to provide attention-management features.

• You must only grant permissions if you understand and accept what they enable.
• You remain responsible for your device use and for verifying that interventions are appropriate for your situation.
• Do not use SeeNot where an automatic back or home action could create safety, financial, legal, employment, medical, or other serious harm.

Acceptable use

• Do not use SeeNot to violate laws, infringe rights, or harm others.
• Do not try to reverse engineer hosted account services, bypass rate limits, attack infrastructure, or interfere with other users.
• Do not submit content or configure endpoints that you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use SeeNot as a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Beta, test keys, and availability

• SeeNot may include experimental features, free testing keys, preview builds, or services that change or stop without notice.
• Free or project-provided AI access may be limited, revoked, rate-limited, or discontinued.
• SeeNot Plus or another paid SeeNot plan may also be subject to fair-use limits, provider availability, regional availability, abuse controls, and third-party AI provider outages.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SeeNot where needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product changes.

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

These Terms cover paid SeeNot plans, including SeeNot Plus, when you purchase or activate them. The purchase flow or applicable store listing controls the commercial details for that offer.

• You agree to pay the price and applicable taxes shown before purchase.
• If the purchase is made through Paddle, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for Paddle-processed orders, while SeeNot remains responsible for product support.
• If the purchase is made through an app store or third-party payment processor, that store or processor may handle payment credentials, receipts, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and tax documents under its own terms and privacy policy.
• If an offer renews automatically, the renewal period, renewal price, cancellation method, and any trial terms must be disclosed before activation.
• Refund eligibility will be governed by the purchase flow, applicable store or payment-processor rules, local law, and the SeeNot Refund Policy shown for that offer.

• For Paddle payment, receipt, tax, subscription, customer-service, return, or refund support, use Paddle buyer support at https://paddle.net/ where available.
• If a paid SeeNot offer adds another support channel, that channel will be shown in the purchase flow or order confirmation.

Open source license

Parts of SeeNot are distributed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 or other open-source licenses. Those licenses govern your rights to copy, modify, and distribute the covered code. These Terms govern use of the website, hosted account service, and product services.

Your content and feedback

• You keep rights to the intents, corrections, hints, and other content you provide.
• You grant SeeNot the limited rights needed to operate the service, process account requests, provide sync or device management where available, and support the Android app's configured AI requests.
• If you send feedback, bug reports, suggestions, logs, or diagnostics, you allow us to use them to improve, debug, document, and support SeeNot without obligation to compensate you.

Privacy

The SeeNot Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. It is part of these Terms by reference.

Disclaimers

SeeNot is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that SeeNot will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for your specific goals.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeNot and its maintainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, device issues, third-party AI provider behavior, or consequences of relying on an intervention or AI judgment.

Termination

You may stop using SeeNot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to hosted services if you violate these Terms, create risk, cause abuse, or if continued service is not practical or lawful.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as SeeNot changes. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
