Refund Policy

Effective May 18, 2026

This policy applies to paid SeeNot purchases, including SeeNot Plus, when a paid order is completed through the applicable checkout flow.

If a purchase flow shows different refund terms required by law, Paddle, an app store, or a payment processor, those specific terms also apply.

Paddle as merchant of record

If a SeeNot purchase is processed by Paddle, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for Paddle-processed orders, while SeeNot provides product support.

30-day money-back guarantee

Unless a purchase flow states a more generous policy, SeeNot Plus or another paid SeeNot plan purchased through Paddle will include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the order completion date. Mandatory consumer rights in your country may give you additional protections.

What may be refunded

  • First-time purchases of SeeNot Plus or another paid SeeNot plan requested within 30 days of order completion.
  • Renewals or subscription charges where local law, Paddle policy, the purchase flow, or a specific SeeNot offer makes a refund available.
  • Duplicate charges, billing errors, failed entitlement delivery, or other issues confirmed by Paddle or SeeNot support.

What may not be refunded

  • Charges outside the stated refund window, unless required by law or approved by Paddle or SeeNot support.
  • Amounts consumed through third-party AI provider usage where the purchase flow clearly states non-refundable usage-based limits, unless required by law.
  • Purchases made through an app store or another payment processor, which may be governed by that store or processor's refund rules.

How to request a refund

  • For Paddle-processed purchases, request payment, receipt, tax, subscription, customer-service, return, or refund support through https://paddle.net/ where available.
  • For product issues that affect whether the service worked, contact SeeNot at [email protected] and include your account email, order reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
  • If Paddle asks SeeNot to confirm entitlement or product-delivery status, SeeNot may review limited account, entitlement, and support records to help resolve the request.

Subscriptions and cancellation

If a paid offer renews automatically, the renewal period, renewal price, cancellation method, and any trial terms must be shown before activation. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless this policy, Paddle policy, the purchase flow, or applicable law provides a refund.

AI provider availability

Managed AI access may depend on Qwen/DashScope or another disclosed AI provider. Temporary provider downtime, rate limiting, regional availability, or abuse controls may affect service. Refund requests for persistent service failure will be reviewed under this policy and applicable purchase terms.
